NOW HIRING: Quality Manager – Nebraska We're working with a manufacturing company in Nebraska that's looking to add an experienced Quality Manager to their team. Compensation is between $115,000–$135,000+, depending on experience, plus relocation assistance if needed. This is a leadership role with full ownership of the quality function during a period of growth. The right person will be a strong prioritizer, technically sharp, and experienced in leading quality teams in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. RESPONSIBILITIES ▸ Lead and develop a quality team of engineers, technicians, and inspectors ▸ Own and maintain the quality management system in compliance with applicable standards ▸ Oversee corrective action, MRB, and supplier quality processes ▸ Lead internal and external audits ▸ Serve as the company's Quality Management Representative ▸ Build and scale quality systems to support growth targets
▸ Experience as a Quality Manager in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (aerospace, automotive, or medical device preferred)▸ Familiarity with AS9100, NADCAP, IATF 16949, or equivalent regulated-industry standards ▸ Proven ability to lead multi-discipline quality teams ▸ Strong background in corrective action, auditing, and customer quality interface
