Overview

We are currently seeking skilled and apprentice Mold Makers to join our team at our facility located in St. Charles, IL, 60174. The ideal candidates will have experience in mold making. 7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday with occasional weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in grinding and fitting injection molds and general Mold Making
• Grinder Hand, CNC, Mold build experience (or some combination of)
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Understand GD&T principles
• Perform Tool/Die/Mold repair and setup
• Be result oriented and able to work without direct supervision
• Have strong analytical and reasoning ability
• Be able to be on their feet all day and capable of lifting and handling up to 50-pound mold components

• Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
• Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills
• Injection Molding Experience
• Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience
• Blueprint Reading

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mazak, Haas)
• Injection Molding Machine
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Haas)
• Manual Vertical Mill (Bridgeport)
• CAM Software
• Jig Grinder
