Clean Dreams is seeking dependable and motivated Window Washers / Janitorial Cleaners to support commercial cleaning and project-based service opportunities in Detroit, Dearborn, Ann Arbor, and surrounding areas .

This position may include interior and exterior window cleaning , janitorial cleaning, post-construction cleaning support, detail cleaning, and general facility cleaning duties. We are looking for team members who are ready to work, take pride in quality, and can represent our company professionally on job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior window cleaning
• Clean glass, frames, sills, and surrounding areas
• Complete janitorial and detail cleaning tasks
• Support post-construction and final cleaning projects
• Sweep, mop, dust, wipe surfaces, and remove debris
• Follow safety procedures and company instructions
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on site
• Work independently or as part of a crew

Qualifications:

• Previous window cleaning and/or janitorial experience preferred
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work on feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
