POSITION SUMMARY:

As a property manager, you will be the internal and external contact for a subset of properties within our portfolio. You will have full ownership of owner requests and guest issues from beginning to resolution and act as the liaison with maintenance, housekeeping, and reservations. This position will report to the vice president of operations and has no direct supervision responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure property meets company standards by performing frequent inspections and monitoring quality control
• Schedule vendor appointments and meet on-site when needed
• Review monthly owner statements for accuracy
• Communicate projects, issues, and concerns to our other teams, keeping them informed at all times
• On-board a new property from initial owner meetings to going live in 30ALV systems
• Coordination and prep for photoshoots
• Ownership of house inventory and maintaining correct levels of inventory
• Expert on set-up and layout of house, ensuring house is always set-up correctly
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure all preventative maint and reoccurring tasks are being completed
• Build-out properties in Breezeway
• Assist with owner arrival and VIP guest inspections and prep

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Over 1 year as a previous property manager is required

• Possess a strong work ethic

• Software knowledge of Escapia and Breezeway, Asana, Airtable, Slack is a plus

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organizational and time management skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00
