Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring of technical talent while working closely with hiring managers in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and platforms like LinkedIn.
Screen resumes and conduct initial virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Collaborate with hiring managers remotely to understand technical requirements and hiring needs.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and technical teams.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Post job openings on platforms like Naukri and other online job boards.
Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Assist in salary negotiation and offer management.
Maintain accurate recruitment reports and candidate databases.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of technical roles (IT, software development, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Internship or prior experience in recruitment is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of technologies like Java, Python, SQL, or web development.
