The Senior Investigator & Compliance Specialist provides a full range of administrative services needed to contribute to the effective management of the Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity, Inclusion, Staff Development and Title IX job responsibilities for CT State Community College.
Under the direction of the Director of Equal Employment Opportunity, the role of the Senior Investigator & Compliance Specialist is to develop, prepare, and monitor the annual Affirmative Action Plans and related programs within CT State Community College. The Senior Investigator & Compliance Specialist oversees the full array of equal employment, affirmative action and equity duties and in this capacity shall report to the CT State Community College Director of Equity and Civil Rights on these matters.Under the direction of the Director of Equity and Civil Rights, the Senior Investigator & Compliance Specialist is accountable for providing administrative services in support of the CT State Community College’s programs through effective performance in these essential functional areas:

Master's degree or higher in Counseling, HR, or Education, or a closely related field with four (4) years of professional experience leading Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity or Equity initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, HR, or Education, or a closely related field with six (6) years of professional experience leading Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity and/or Equity initiatives.
