Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of virtual communication tools like Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
