Full-Time | Outpatient Psychiatry | Louisville, KY

We are seeking a hard-working, ethical, and highly motivated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to practice at the intersection of general outpatient psychiatry and interventional psychiatry , with access to top-tier TMS technology and Spravato treatment in a highly supportive clinical environment.

Role Overview

The PMHNP will:

• Conduct TMS and Spravato consultation evaluations
• Direct treatment and ongoing care for their assigned TMS/Spravato patient cohort
• Maintain a small outpatient medication-management panel
• Incorporate brief therapy into follow-up visits, including visits consistent with 99214 + 90833
• Provide cross coverage for other providers during vacation or sick leave

Qualifications

Required:

• PMHNP-BC from an accredited program
• Active or eligible for Kentucky licensure
• Prescriptive authority including controlled substances in Kentucky
• DEA and all required state/federal prescribing credentials
• Strong outpatient psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and documentation skills

Preferred:

• Experience and training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
• Experience with TMS , Spravato , and/or IV ketamine
• Prior experience with complex mood, anxiety, trauma, or treatment-resistant patients

We will train the right candidate in TMS and Spravato if needed.
