Reports To: Director of Medication Management, VP of Clinical Services
Location: Nashville, TN
Position Type: Hybrid - in-person & telehealth
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am - 6pm. Depending on client needs, one in-office day per week to as few as one in-person day per month.
Salary: $56.00 hourly

The primary function of this position is to provide medication management services to patients from all of our locations across Middle and East Tennessee. This individual will spend time seeing patients both in person and via telehealth.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide individual medication management services utilizing evidence based practices.
Provide education regarding behavioral health needs to staff and families as needed.
Engage children, individuals, and families in therapeutic services.
Appropriately assess and diagnose identified clients, per insurance requirements.
Develop appropriate treatment plans for identified client(s).
Maintain timely session and billing documentation.
Cooperate with ABHS leadership to identify ongoing needs for behavioral health services and make appropriate recommendations for programming that may best support the identified children/families.

Capability to collect data and engage in appropriate feedback.
Minimum Requirements:
Master of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board Certification with an active Tennessee nursing license.
Experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Experience working in a medical and/or clinical setting is preferred.
