Job Description

A leading General Contractor specializing in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, and cold storage and is looking for a Project Manager who can lead large-scale commercial construction projects. Applicable project experience for this Project Manager could include a work history of healthcare, education, multifamily, hospitality, mid/high-rise or a diverse commercial background. There is a tremendous amount of growth potential in this position for you to develop into a senior-level role.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
* Projects of $30MM or more desirable
* Stable work history
* Strong ground-up commercial construction experience (renovation work will also highly considered)

Responsibilities:

* Ensuring project success including safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction
* Assuring business development with client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations and negotiations
* Establish professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors
* Administering contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.
* Coordination with the appropriate team members and business clientele
