We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will involve driving loyalty marketing strategies, enhancing customer engagement, and optimizing retention programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in loyalty marketing, retention strategies, consumer behavior insights, and data-driven marketing and a passion for building meaningful customer relationships in consumer tech environments .

Job Description:

The Product Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of loyalty marketing strategies to drive rider engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The Product Marketing Manager will own both inbound and outbound marketing efforts for loyalty programs, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey.

This Product Marketing Manager role requires strong expertise in consumer behavior, data-driven marketing, and cross-functional collaboration. The Product Marketing Manager will leverage insights and analytics to design innovative loyalty programs and continuously optimize performance. Additionally, the Product Marketing Manager will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring programs resonate emotionally while achieving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Loyalty Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute comprehensive loyalty marketing strategies.
  • Design innovative loyalty programs that go beyond traditional rewards.
  • Drive rider frequency, retention, and lifetime value.
Customer Insights & Analytics
  • Analyze metrics such as engagement rates, retention, and adoption.
  • Leverage customer insights and behavioral data to inform strategies.
  • Continuously optimize programs based on performance data.
Customer Journey & Engagement
  • Manage end-to-end customer journey from awareness to engagement.
  • Develop inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product, Research, Design, and Business Development teams.
  • Influence roadmap decisions related to loyalty and engagement.
  • Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Strategic Leadership
  • Act as a thought leader in loyalty marketing.
  • Solve ambiguous problems with strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Champion customer-centric initiatives across the organization.
Required Technical Skills & Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing
  • 5+ years in loyalty marketing, retention marketing, or consumer engagement

Core Expertise:

  • Loyalty program design and execution 5+ years
  • Retention and engagement strategies 5+ years
  • Data-driven marketing and analytics 4+ years

Customer & Behavioral Insights:

  • Applying behavioral psychology to marketing 3+ years
  • Customer journey optimization 4+ years

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Cross-functional stakeholder management 4+ years
  • Executive-level communication and presentations 3+ years
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2C or consumer technology companies.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
