Class time: Beijing time weekday evening or weekends, in total 14-16 weeks commitment each semester
Salary: RMB 180-250/hr
Class size: 8 students or 1V1

You need to have good PC computer configuration with good Internet connection
Teacher’s responsibilities:
1.Teach English Language Arts/ Intensive Reading and Writing/Power Up/ Picture Book Reading(1v1)
2.Follow our PPT to teach the class
3. Help students reach their goal in learning English
4. Promote a good atmosphere during class
5. Teacher should submit Prep-notes and students feedback
Job requirement:
1. Native English speakers from the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Irealand, South Africa
2. Bachelor's degree or above
3. TEFL,TESOL or CELTA certificate holder
4. Experienced English teacher, energetic and humorous teacher is preferred
5. Open-minded and easy-going with great team spirit

Think&Grow Edu is an academic English research and teaching organization. Our mission is to better prepare Chinese K12 students to attend and succeed at North American high schools or Universities by providing them with a progressive and interactive, globally focused academic English curriculum including English Languages Arts (followed Common Core States Standards), Intensive Reading and Writing, History and basic ESL classes.
Our curriculum:
1)English Language Arts
It is similar to the English classes in the US whose goal is to improve student’s academic reading and academic writing abilities by teaching them important skills such as critical thinking, inference and evidence collection.
2)Intensive Reading And Writing Class
It guides students to read, understand, and analyze the reading both during classroom discussion and in written homework. Classes are divided by student reading level: beginning, intermediate and advanced. Students will gain reading speed, an increased vocabulary, critical thinking skills, and a deeper knowledge of text (both literature and language) analysis. The goal of the class is above all to promote critical thinking, analytic skills, and understanding of the English Language writing traditions through in-class discussion and written work
3) Power Up Class
Power Up, a popular entry-level original English coursebook, is thoughtfully adapted and enhanced by Think & Grow’s top curriculum development team. Designed specifically for young learners stepping into international education, this program uses authentic materials, engaging topics, and interactive tasks to ignite students’ interest in English learning. While building a strong foundation in reading, writing, listening, and speaking, it also nurtures critical thinking, collaboration, and cross-cultural understanding, preparing students for future academic challenges in international programs.
4) Picture Book Reading 1v1
It is designed for beginning readers to improve reading ability through regular, well-organized guided reading sessions with experienced teachers. Each students will be placed to one of the five reading levels (from AR 1.0-3.9) and assigned a 32-book reading list to finish.
This is not a simple READ ALOUD class or free-talking speaking class, but a GUIDED READING class. All the questions asked during the guided reading session should point to deepening student's understanding of the text, the structure of the story, or the themes of the book.
