Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This full-time remote role gives an LMFT the opportunity to provide consistent therapy services to clients throughout New York. The position is centered on real clinical work: meeting with clients, listening carefully, identifying treatment needs, and helping them move through relationship and family concerns with more clarity.

You will work with clients through scheduled virtual sessions and support a range of needs, including marital stress, family conflict, parenting concerns, communication breakdowns, anxiety, grief, and life adjustments. The role also includes clinical documentation, treatment planning, and routine progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled therapy sessions through a secure telehealth system
• Provide support to individuals, couples, and families facing relationship and emotional concerns
• Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
• Develop treatment plans that are practical, measurable, and client-specific
• Help clients strengthen communication, coping skills, boundaries, and problem-solving strategies
• Document sessions accurately and on time
• Maintain compliance with New York licensure requirements and HIPAA standards
• Use EHR tools to manage notes, records, and treatment updates
• Recognize when clients may need additional resources or higher levels of care

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field
• Active LMFT license in the state of New York
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with EHR systems
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
