Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, multi-talented individual to elevate our guest experience. As a vital link between our operations and our visitors, you will cultivate a welcoming atmosphere while seamlessly transitioning between guest services, ticketing, and retail support. Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with appropriate managers, customers’ and peers
• Handle box office when necessary to collect tickets
• Assist the retail area with merchandise when needed
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly manner
