Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent service by explaining features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies to promote the sale of insurance plans, handling of multi-line/multi-rating of carriers
• Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, pricing, and policy features
• Perform administrative tasks, such as accurately completing and uploading paperwork, filing, maintaining records and handling policy renewals daily, service policies as required (ex. process payments, complete endorsements, etc.)
• Promoting and marketing the company
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend educational product training's to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Job Requirements:

• Previous Insurance and/or Sales experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Highly motivated and competitive
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18
• Bilingual - Spanish
• Customer Service Oriented
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to work in a Team environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be willing to submit to a background screening
• Sales and Insurance Experience a plus!
