Florida-Based | Travel Required
$24–$28/hour + Bonus Opportunities
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Overview

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining window and door systems at job sites. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in the field, solving problems, and taking ownership of their work while representing a high-end product line.

What You’ll Do

• Perform on-site service, repairs, and adjustments on window and door systems
• Troubleshoot issues related to installation, hardware, glass, and performance
• Complete warranty and service calls efficiently and professionally
• Inspect products and identify root causes of issues
• Replace glass, hardware, and other components as needed
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with customers, contractors, and internal teams
• Document service work accurately
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in window/door installation, service, or general construction preferred
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and manage a field schedule
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various job site conditions

Schedule & Work Environment
