Cafe Manager – Bean (Bardea Restaurant Group)

Bean, a café concept from the Bardea Restaurant Group, is seeking a driven, hands-on Cafe Manager to lead daily operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience rooted in quality coffee, thoughtful hospitality, and a strong team culture.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a genuine passion for coffee, and is excited to take ownership of both the creative and operational sides of a growing café.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service
• Work the floor regularly—this is a hands-on leadership role
• Develop and roll out seasonal and signature beverage menus
• Train, mentor, and manage baristas and café staff
• Uphold high standards for coffee quality, consistency, and presentation
• Manage ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Monitor and control cost of goods, labor, and overall profitability
• Analyze and manage P&Ls to drive smart business decisions
• Foster a positive, team-first culture aligned with Bardea values
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a café manager, coffee shop manager, or similar leadership role
• Strong barista skills and coffee knowledge (dialing in espresso, milk texturing, etc.)
• Experience with inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Comfortable working with P&Ls and financial reporting
• A natural leader who leads by example and builds strong teams
• Creative mindset with an interest in beverage development
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
