We are looking for a versatile accounting professional to oversee the financial health of a diverse property and construction portfolio. This role focuses on high-volume accuracy and the seamless management of multiple revenue streams and expense types. Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank accounts and audit ledger entries.
- Correct categorization errors within Yardi Breeze.
- Trace inter-company loans and fund movements.
- Audit maintenance credit cards and fleet fuel spend.
- Handle all property payables and utility billing.
- Process rent deposits and monthly management fees.
- Execute weekly and multi-cycle payroll via Gusto.
- Digitize and file invoices from mobile and email feeds.
- Maintain cost tracking for active renovation projects.
- Compile financial packages and P&L statements for owners.
